A law graduate, Mr. Nayak chose entrepreneurship, starting small civil construction projects in Joda in 1987. His dedication and exemplary leadership built an organization rooted in humane values, focusing on infrastructure services and mining services, earning him immense respect among all stakeholders and peers.
SATYA RANJAN NAYAK, DIRECTOR
An MBA in Finance with a strong banking background, Satya Ranjan Nayak joined the family business in 2008, bringing financial expertise and a strategic perspective to the organization.
He played a key role in revitalizing the civil construction business and led the organization’s entry into real estate in Bhubaneswar, contributing to its diversification and expansion.
His leadership combines financial insight, entrepreneurial drive and a forward-looking approach, supporting the organization’s continued growth and evolution..
SMRUTI RANJAN NAYAK, DIRECTOR
An MBA and CFA, Smruti Ranjan Nayak represents the next generation of leadership, bringing strategic insight, financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to the organization.
Joining the family’s mining legacy, he established the logistics division in 2018, opening new avenues for growth and diversification.
His leadership combines strategic thinking with entrepreneurial drive, building on the organization’s strong foundation while shaping it for a dynamic and future-ready growth trajectory.

Mr. Rimlal Joshi is a highly accomplished mining professional holding a First-Class Mines Manager and ex-employee of Tata Steel, where he served in key leadership roles and was actively involved in top management decision-making processes. Ltd., he plays a crucial role in guiding strategic decisions, leveraging his vast industry experience to drive operational excellence, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.
Satyajeet Bhattacharjee, GM Operations
Satyajeet Bhattacharjee is a confident Mining Engineer with over 22 years of experience in mining services and contractual mining. He possesses extensive expertise in mining, safety regulations, drilling and blasting, ore grade control, crushing, and screening. As GM Operations, he capably spearheads BS Mining's operational activities, contributing to the broader civil construction and infrastructure services sectors.
Ramakrishna Kudaravalli, General Manager (Maintenance & Engineering)
A 36-year veteran of the mining and metals industry with deep expertise in operations and maintenance engineering. Specializes in optimizing plant performance, managing heavy earthmoving machinery, and implementing advanced maintenance practices. Proven track record of driving innovation and ensuring equipment reliability and longevity through technology integration.

Manish Kumar
BE (Mining) with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate Holder in Metal as well as Coal, bringing 19 years of work experience in mining services. Highly experienced in Mine Planning, Excavation, and Health and Safety Regulations, with a strong focus on liaising, team coordination, and environmental management, all essential aspects of civil construction and infrastructure services.

Manager Certificate Holder in Metals with over 27 years of experience, skilled in planning and design of mining projects, excavation, ore grade control, and safety and environmental management. Additionally, I have expertise in team management within both mining services and civil construction, contributing to comprehensive infrastructure services.
