With an MBA in finance, Mr. Nayak began his career in banking before joining the family business in 2008. BE (Mining) with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate Holder in Metal as well as Coal, bringing 19 years of work experience in mining services. Highly experienced in Mine Planning, Excavation, and Health and Safety Regulations, with a strong focus on liaising, team coordination, and environmental management, all essential aspects of civil construction and infrastructure services.
