BS Mining Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy General Manager – Projects to lead large-scale, integrated mining operations across multiple sites. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-volume production targets while ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, safety, and statutory compliance.

• Lead and manage integrated mining operations with accountability for iron ore production and associated minerals. 
• Drive cluster-level mine planning and execution, including pit optimization, sequencing, equipment deployment, and alignment with annual and long-term mine plans. 
• Own OPEX budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring, ensuring continuous improvement and reduction in operating cost per tonne. 
• Oversee end-to-end HEMM fleet management, including deployment strategy, preventive and predictive maintenance, lifecycle cost optimization, and productivity enhancement. 
• Manage procurement, commissioning, and performance governance of mining equipment, contractors, and turnkey service providers. 
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, DGMS norms, environmental standards, and safety protocols across all operations. 
• Implement and monitor ERP/MIS dashboards for real-time tracking of production, downtime, fuel efficiency, cost metrics, and compliance performance.
   

• Strong leadership experience in large-scale open-cast mining operations. 
• Proven track record in production delivery, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. 
• Deep understanding of mine planning, HEMM fleet management, and regulatory compliance. 
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. 
• Experience managing multi-site operations and large cross-functional teams.
