SCOPE OF WORK : 

We have installed 2X500 TPH capacity semi mobile crushing and screening plant at Katamati Iron Mine in the  Noamundi area  with pre-screening facility and along with arrangement for feeding to the said plant and transportation of the product to the designated stockpile within a lead range of 500 M to 1 KM. Total Production requirement per annum is 4 MTPA.  

SCOPE OF WORK : 

Our company was awarded a multi-year contract for the comprehensive development and operation of the Twin Chromite Mines – Saruabil and Kamarda – located in the Sukinda Chrome Belt, Jajpur district, Odisha.

The scope of work includes systematic mine development and revival of existing chromite workings in line with approved mining plans. Our responsibilities cover scientific excavation, continuous dewatering operations, construction and maintenance of critical mining infrastructure, rehandling and management of mine dumps, development and upkeep of durable haul roads, and efficient operation and maintenance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure environmental compliance.

SCOPE OF WORK : 

We undertake deployment of 02 (two) Volvo EC480 excavators along with a fleet of minimum 08 (eight) 12-wheeler dumpers/tippers, all maintained in new and excellent working condition, to ensure continuous operations throughout the designated working shifts and achievement of targeted production output.

All equipment operations are carried out in strict compliance with applicable safety standards and statutory regulations, including obtaining the required labour licenses from the concerned authorities.

SCOPE OF WORK : 

We deploy our own Tata Hitachi 35 Excavator, supported by a fleet of minimum eight (8) 12-wheeler dumpers/tippers, all maintained in excellent running condition. Our equipment operates throughout the full working shift to ensure consistent productivity, optimized output, and timely project execution. 

SCOPE OF WORK : 

Drilling, Removal of overburden, Excavation of ROM, Production of Iron ore, Shifting & Stacking of ROM to Crushing yard, Shifting & Stacking of sized ore, overburden, subgrade and topsoil to designated place, Haulage road preparation and maintenance within the mining lease as required under statutory documents, Screening of Iron ore and segregating the same as per customer requirements, removal of contaminants from sized ore, re-handling of Sized ore, ROM, finished ore, Development of stacking yard, Reclamation of mined out area, Loading of Iron ore to Transporters vehicle for dispatch outside the lease area, Water Sprinkling on Haulage road & Plantations and any other miscellaneous work  

PRODUCTION TARGET:

 30,000MT per month of saleable ore 

SCOPE OF WORK : 

Hiring of plant and machineries for excavation/raising from Iron Ore body by

required drilling and blasting, transportation of ROM to crushing and/ or

screening plant to be installed by the Mine Operator, crushing and/ or

screening of ROM to obtain finished product of specific size of CLO and specific

size of fines, transport of finished product to specified yards after necessary

weighment, cleaning of quarry faces, excavation after required drilling and

blasting and disposal of sub-grade, overburden/ incidental waste and

associated rejects/ spoils/ spurious materials to the specified yards at

Tiringpahar Iron Ore.

PRODUCTION TARGET:

4,92,000 MT per year

SCOPE OF WORK : 

Excavation/Raising of iron ore and associated rejects materials by drilling,

crushing, screening, transportation of ore to the specified stockyard, disposal

of waste to the specified dump yards and ore loading to the buyer's trucks.
